
Ana Babović
Founder and CEO
Ana Babovic is Senior Executive and leading expert in the area of Leadership, Management and Decision making with rich experience in developing people, organisations and campaigns. Ana’s global background is unique as it combines experience in the government, non-profit and business world, as well as in the national, international and global contexts.
Ana began her career working as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia in charge of European Integration. She left the Government to build a grass-root movement for change – Serbia on the Move, which she also co-founded.
Her interest in developing her own leadership, as well as engaging others in it have led her to Harvard University where she studied leadership, management and decision making, and obtained master’s degree in Public Administration from Kennedy School of Government.
At Harvard, Ana taught leadership classes: Public narrative and Organizing and served as Assistant Professor to Marshall Ganz. She also has spent most of her time at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan, where she studied leadership in business.
After graduating from Harvard, Ana took the lead and launched the “Leading Change Network” that became one of the largest global networks of social movement leaders committed to developing leadership and organisations needed to shape the emerging world.
Ana is the founder and CEO of FORWARD Consulting that focuses on creating change through developing excellence in leadership, organisations and campaigns.
Ana also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po, Paris School of International affairs, teaching the class “Advocacy & Organising: Building power for change”
Ana holds Master degree in European Studies from Law School, University of Graz and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
At Harvard she was awarded the Ford Foundation Fellowship from the Ash Centre for Democratic Governance and Innovation, and a Gleitsman Fellowship in Social Innovation from the Centre for Public Leadership.
