Ana has more than 12 years of experience developing leaders, teams, campaigns and organizations. She began her career in this field within the government of Serbia where she served as advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for European integration, and head of the Department for European Integration and Economic Development. After five years in the Government, she took charge of “Serbia on the Move”, the national change making non-profit that she cofounded several years before. Through this work, she launched and led several national campaigns, engaging thousands of citizens and resulting in major policy changes in multiple areas.
Ana obtained her Master degree in Public Administration from J. F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University where she focused on deepening her knowledge on Leadership, Organizational and Campaign development. She has taught leadership classes in Public Narrative and Organizing, and served as Head Teaching Assistant for Professor Marshall Ganz. Ana was awarded the Gleitsman Fellowship in Social Innovation from the Center for Public Leadership and the Ford Foundation Mason Student Fellowship from the Ash Centre for Democratic Governance and Innovation.
Over the course of her career, Ana has trained and coached top executives in some of the largest international corporations, banks and foundations in the US, Europe and Serbia. Her students and clients are leaders in the world of business, politics and non-profits.
