ZORICA ZAZIĆ
Zorica Zazić, is an executive coach and team facilitator with 20 years of diverse experience. Her journey has taken her from leading a team for a global FMCG client, launching an international preschool in the Middle East, scaling up a health rehabilitation startup across 7 countries, and co-founding various initiatives.
At the core of her philosophy is the belief in the transformative power of relationships and conflict. That’s why now she is committed to supporting executives and founders through team leadership and organizational challenges with a focus on managing their new roles and teams.
Although she advocates for alternative education, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, with executive education in management and leadership from the College of the North Atlantic Qatar and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Currently, she is finalizing her certification in Expressive Art Therapy and Coaching, a method that enhances self-discovery and creative problem-solving, skills she finds vital in executive coaching.
